Believe it or not, Memorial Day is coming up quickly. The days are longer, the weather is slowly getting warmer, and the summer movie slate will soon be in full swing. From superhero franchise installments to highly-anticipated big-screen treatments of beloved television shows, to original horror, reinvigorated horror, and long-awaited sequels, there is something for everyone.

With so many exciting new movies, it may feel a little overwhelming to figure out where to start. But that’s far from a bad thing, and, thankfully, Cinemark has got you covered. If you’re looking for a movie to spend time with at the end of May, you’ve come to the right place. When Is Memorial Day in 2024?

In 2024, Memorial Day officially falls on Monday, May 27. That makes Friday, May 24 the big movie day for Memorial Day weekend this year.

One day only! Our Spider-Monday series continues on Memorial Day with a presentation of the second Tom Holland Spider-Man movie. Our friendly neighborhood superhero decides to join his best friends Ned, MJ, and the rest of the gang on a European vacation. However, Peter's plan to leave super heroics behind for a few weeks is quickly scrapped when he begrudgingly agrees to help Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) uncover the mystery of several elemental creature attacks. Spider-Man and Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) join forces to fight the havoc unleashed across the continent but all is not as it seems.
