The TROLLS movies are some of the most consistently entertaining animated musicals around, and now TROLLS 3 is headed to theatres! The movie is formally titled TROLLS BAND TOGETHER, and it reunites the main cast — led by Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake — to explore the backstory of Timberlake's character, Branch, and live up to the franchise's boy-band influences.

Universal Pictures will release TROLLS BAND TOGETHER exclusively in movie theatres on November 10.

After two films of true friendship and relentless flirting, Poppy (Kendrick) and Branch (Timberlake) are now officially, finally, a couple. But their new close relationship leads Poppy to understand that Branch has secrets. Namely, he was once the youngest member of Poppy's favorite boy band, BroZone, along with his four brothers. The end of BroZone still haunts Branch, but when his brothers are threatened, he has a chance to take control of his past.
The Cast of Trolls Band Together
This is the fun stuff. In addition to Kendrick and Timberlake, TROLLS BAND TOGETHER boasts a deep roster of returning talent: Zooey Deschanel as Bridget; Christopher Mintz-Plasse as Gristle, the Icona Pop duo Aino Jawo and Caroline Hjelt as Satin and Chenille, Anderson.Paak as Prince D, comedian Ron Funches as Cooper, Kunal Nayyar as Guy Diamond, and "Saturday Night Live" legend Kenan Thompson as Tiny Diamond.
And then there's a huge new roster of actors as well. Amy Schumer and Andrew Rannells play villains Velvet and Veneer. Branch's brothers are played by Troye Sivan (Floyd), Eric André (John Dory), Daveed Diggs (Spruce) and Kid Cudi (Clay). Finally, Camila Cabello plays Viva, Zosia Mamet is Crimo, and RuPaul Charles voices Miss Maxine.
The Songs in Trolls Band Together
The original TROLLS movie gave Justin Timberlake one of his biggest hits, "Can't Stop the Feeling!". We know that TROLLS BAND TOGETHER will feature a mixture of classic pop singles and new tunes. We'll have to wait to get more info on the movie's soundtrack, but we'll share the moment anything comes to light.
And since TROLLS 3 is directed by Walt Dohrn, who co-directed the original movie and directed TROLLS WORLD TOUR, you know that there's a consistent hand guiding the ship — and choosing the music.
