NC-17 Rated Movies

What Does “NC-17” Mean?
MPAA’s NC-17 rating is uncommon, but it’s important. It means no one 17 and under is admitted, regardless of whether they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. If a movie’s rated NC-17, most theatres flat-out won’t admit anyone under 17 and no matter the time of day.

This rating is reserved for films with explicit content or graphic features that goes beyond the limits of an R rating —movies that, in reality, could be disturbing to anyone.
